1. Scope of Application<\/strong>
These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all deliveries and services provided by Supair-Tel AG to end customers. Special conditions apply for deliveries to resellers.<\/p>

2. Orders and Return Policy<\/strong>
You may place orders with us in writing (via internet, email, fax, or post) or by phone. Our return policy allows for returns within 20 calendar days from the receipt of goods by the recipient. Supair-Tel AG covers the return shipping costs.<\/p>

3. Shipping and Delivery Times<\/strong>
Within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, a shipping fee will be charged. International deliveries are generally possible, but high shipping costs and import duties (customs, VAT) may apply, to be covered by the recipient.<\/p>

Items in stock are usually delivered within 2-3 working days.<\/p>

4. Payment Terms and Retention of Title<\/strong><\/p>

Switzerland\/Liechtenstein<\/strong>: Delivery is made on invoice, payable within 30 days net.<\/p>

International<\/strong>: Delivery is made against prepayment.<\/p>

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made, even if passed on to third parties.<\/p>

5. Prices and Price Changes<\/strong>
All prices are in Swiss francs, including the statutory VAT. Changes to the product range, prices, and terms are possible at any time without prior notice.<\/p>

6. Data Protection<\/strong>
We use the data entrusted to us with respect for the customer. Only data necessary to process the order and to facilitate the use of services (e.g., online shop) are collected.<\/p>

7. Warranty and Liability<\/strong>
Obvious defects must be reported within 10 days of receipt. After this period, warranty claims will not be accepted. We assume no liability for items that are not received.<\/p>

No liability is assumed for incorrect use or handling. Customers are strongly advised to read the information on the product label or packaging insert.<\/p>

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong>
Swiss law applies to all business matters. The place of jurisdiction is B\u00fclach. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time without prior notice.<\/p>
