Free shipping for orders over CHF 100.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our prices include 8.1% VAT. Shipping and handling costs: CHF 8.80. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices are subject to change.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I return my order<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hope you are completely satisfied with the products in your order.<br>However, should you wish to return one or more of the items purchased from the Bijoux Supair Online Shop, you may return them to us, in their original condition,&nbsp;<strong>within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The day of receipt is intended as the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.&nbsp;<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you need to send items back to us, please make sure to follow the following instructions:<\/strong><\/p><ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.<\/li>\n\n<li>Securely pack your item(s) along with a copy of your invoice.<\/li>\n\n<li>Please return your items to the following address: <strong>Supair-Tel AG, Europastrasse 30, 8152 Glattbrugg, Switzerland<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>Once we receive your item, we will inspect items for refund. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing.<\/li>\n\n<li>If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
